The Her After is a supportive coaching experience for women and mothers navigating life after cancer treatment. Facing cancer in general can be challenging but doing it while pregnant and/or with children brings about a different level of challenges hard for others to truly understand.
Founded by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, mother, and cancer survivor, The Her After was created to help women cope with cancer-related trauma, address emotional barriers, rebuild their confidence, reconnect with themselves, and find their footing in the "after" - the part of the journey that is often overlooked.
What makes this program different from others?
Other coaches don't always have a clinical background and/or real-life experience with cancer. This program is created using the knowledge of a clinical therapist with years of expertise working in the medical and mental health field, along with lived experience.
Cancer changes more than your body. It can impact your identity, relationships, motherhood, emotional well-being, confidence, and the way you see your future. When treatment ends, many women are left asking: Who am I now? How do I move forward?
Everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. By identifying and working towards your goals, you are able to unlock your full potential and create a life you love.
Led by Jenna N. Tomas, LCSW, the program offers expert insights into mental wellness, self-care, and navigating life's new chapter post-cancer. Through this approach, women are able to process the emotional impact of cancer, create meaningful goals, strengthen resilience, and redefine what healing looks like beyond survival.
